Person Centred Thinking and Planning

website 5

Working in a Person centred way puts the person at the heart of their own planning.

We facilitate Person Centred Planning with members of organisations and also train staff teams in these facilitation techniques.

Using tools such as PATH, Maps, Essential Lifestyles Planning, Support Planning, Circles and Visual facilitation we offer person centred approaches to planning.

Our staff training in Person Centred Thinking and Planning covers:

  • Philosophy and history of Person Centred Working
  • Models of discrimination and the importance of belonging
  • Starting with the end in mind – the importance of Vision and Dreaming
  • Maps, Path, Essential Lifestyles Planning and Circles tools
  • Do’s and Don’ts of facilitation
  • Visual facilitation

We offer this course ‘in house‘ to organisations, tailor made to meet your requirements. Just get in touch to find out more!
