Kate devises and delivers training, runs specialist group coaching courses, trains teams, facilitates project plans and trains and consults with organisations. Kate also provides graphic recording and facilitation of workshops, planning meetings and presentations

4. Time for Teams - Facilitated work on team development, giving teams time to reflect and develop
5. Planning with PATH - Project planning using the PATH planning process to problem solve, forward plan and formulate action
6. Disability Equality Training – Exploring disability equality issues in relation to your organisational practice
7. Evaluating Training Effectively – Looking at ways to evaluate your training in a meaningful way

Following a successful pilot Lottery funded Positive Psychology 4 module course ‘Confidence Plus’ with a number of voluntary organisations, DIAGEO and East Ayrshire council, and an open course in module 1 ’Confident Individuals’, Kate,Will Craigie and Alison Hartley have launched the BOOST Programme focussing on teaching techniques from Positive Psychology to enable individuals and organisations to develop resilience, optimism and improve well being
