This open course assists people to set personal and/or professional goals to encourage them to make change happen and take part in life in a way that is meaningful to them
Through interactive exercises we explore:
- how coaching and the goal setting process works
- how to personally apply this goal setting process – identifying where you are now, clarifying your goals and devising an action plan to achieve significant change
- techniques to review progress on goals and to set new actions
People take away up to 3 goals to work on in your own time
Clients we have coached in groups and 1-1 have identified and achieved goals in areas ranging from defining new careers, reducing stress at work, revitalising relationships, losing weight, achieving work/life balance, managing finances and returning to learn
