The process is individualised to suit your needs – it is built around this format

Initial introductory session

The initial session introduces you to the Personal coaching process and my style of coaching; it takes you through exercises assisting you to set 3 goal areas for you to work on for the next three months. You have the option to commit to coaching and preparatory work is explained.

Second session – Telephone coaching

This is the beginning of weekly telephone coaching on the 3 goal areas you identified in your initial session. Focusing on one goal at a time a coaching plan is developed and worked through over the next three months.

Interim coaching sessions –Weekly telephone coaching

Involving the reviewing of progress on and the setting of new actions for each of your 3 goal areas

Final session – Three months after initial session

A forward plan is in put place to assist in keeping progress going once coaching ends. I aim to pass the process on to you over time, in this way you can carry on YOUR process. A written summary is offered where your successes, insights gained and achievements are celebrated.

Kate is currently coaching individuals on a 1-1 basis. Face to face coaching is also available on request
