Kate set up K C Associates after several years of facilitating educational inclusion with disabled students/students with learning difficulties.

At the start of her career Kate gained a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Sciences, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, and taught in both the UK and USA gaining professional experience in inclusive practice.

Kate now has over twenty years of professional experience in public sector education involving teaching, lecturing, community development work, training, adult educational guidance, advocacy, and working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on planning and coaching.
Having set up K C Associates Kate trains facilitates and consults. She also practices personal and group coaching assisting people to define their futures and make life changes. People she coaches work on goal areas ranging from finding a work/life balance to addressing their finances.

Kate has a Certificate in Counselling Skills and a Certificate in Coaching Practice which she incorporates into both her one to one work and training.
